How to use this sesame oil for Oil Pulling?

Sesame oil is best for Oil Pulling. Take a tablespoon full of oil is swished around the mouth in the empty stomach every morning for about 5-20 min. For children greater than five years of age, a teaspoon of oil is recommended. The oil is 'pulled' and forced in between all the teeth by swishing it all around the mouth.
